Online lessons last 50 minutes.

 

Payment and fees

​

Payment for any of the programs is via PayPal, a safe and secure way to pay via debit or credit card or bank transfer.

​

The programs could be paid  in advance in a full payment or comfortibly in several payments

 

Feelspanishonline is not responsible for any additional bank fees, interest, financing or overdraft charges nor other fees.

​

After finishing your payment, you will receive a confirmation by email. There are no refunds for lessons.

​

Time changes or cancellations

​

Cancellation and change policy is 24 hours in advance by email. If cancelled or changed within 24 hours before the start of the class, the student will be charged.

​

Holidays and Sick Days – Teacher

​

Holidays will be known in advance. For whatever reason the teacher is not able to make the lesson, the payment sent may be used to schedule a future class. If you would prefer a refund will be given.

​

Free Trial Session

​

The trial session lasts 30 minutes and it is free of charge. You are under no obligation to take any more lessons after the free trial lesson. 

​

The trial session is not a ‘real’ lesson. During this session:

​

• We will introduce ourselves.

• I will assess your level and analyse your needs.

• I will tell you about my methodology.

• You will be able to ask me any questions you may have. – If you need to change/cancel/reschedule your free trial session appointment, I request that you notify me 24 hours before your appointment.
